Internal Transfers are granted to VNHS tenants ONLY for medical reasons or a change in household composition. Your placement on the waitlist will be based on the original date of request, need, and your history as a tenant in the suite you currently reside in.

Depending on your situation, an Internal Transfer Request Form for Medical Reasons and/or an updated Registry of Occupants must be completed and sent to this office. At that time, we will review your request to determine the appropriateness of your move.

Note that we have a large number of individuals requesting transfers; therefore it is imperative that you COMPLETE ALL FORMS REQUIRED IN FULL before submission.
