PROPER PROCEDURES FOR MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
The Maintenance Department receives calls from tenants concerning maintenance requests for their suites and/or building. The proper procedure is to contact your Building Manager FIRST . Your manager will assess the situation and determine if he or she can make the necessary repairs or if they have to call the office. This step is important because it generates the paper work needed to make the repairs. You can also contact the Maintenace Department via email. (click for contact info).
