Emergency contact numbers are posted in the lobby of all our buildings.

Repairs are considered an emergency if the health or safety of a tenant is in danger or if the building or property is at risk. Emergency repairs are defined as:

•  Major leaks in the pipes or roof

•  Damaged or blocked water, sewer pipes or plumbing fixtures

•  Electrical systems

•  Defective locks that let anyone into the suite without a key
