 MAINTENANCE FAQ'S

Q: Washer or Dryer out of order, what should I do?

A: Contact the number posted in the laundry room or your building manager to report which appliance.



Q: I lost my Smart Card and I had $ 12.00 left on it?

A: Contact your building manager for replacement. A replacement fee will be charged. Unfortunately, you will not be reimbursed for the money left on your card.


Q: My card does not work and I have money left on it?

A: Contact the building manager to return the defective card to have it accessed. In the meantime, you will be given a card for your use, in the event that the damage to the card was not wear and tear, a replacement fee will be charged.



Q: My parkade transmitter does not work?

A: Contact your building manager. It might be a number of things for example batteries need to be replaced or wear and tear on the transmitter.


Q: Am I allowed to have a washer and dryer in my suite?

A: Only if your suite is equipped with the proper hook up.


Q: Can I repair my vehicle in the parkade, i.e. it is leaking oil?

A: No, due to our parking policy and obligations to our insurance company all vehicles must be removed immediately to complete the necessary repairs.


Q. What should I do if I lost my keys?

A. Contact your building manager and request new keys. He/she can be reached on their cell phone.


Q. How can I get a parking stall?
A. There are only a limited amount of stalls available. Once again, arrangements are made through the manager to see if there is a free stall.


Q. Am I entitled to a storage locker?
A. Not all suites are entitled to a storage locker. Some suites have storage facilities in their units depending on the building. You could contact your building manager to add your name to the list.


Q. My windowsills and tracks are starting to get mold on them, who is responsible?
A. The tenant is responsible for cleaning their windows, sills and tracks.


Q. Someone has stolen items from my balcony. Who is going to pay for them?
A. Unfortunately, there are no provisions to replace lost or stolen items. The tenants are responsible for their own household insurance.
